So you’re depressed? Unfulfilled?

Do you feel a little depressed in this society? It’s not a surprise. You are not broken. Maybe a bit disconnected, but no… not broken.

Society is not designed for your long term success. Money is made off the human vulnerability to pleasure - short term pleasure, addictive pleasure that keeps you coming back for more. That makes you a good customer, but not a bad person.

So you’re depressed? Unfulfilled?

Love yourself, you are human. Nothing is wrong with you, your body is not the problem, your mind is not the problem, you are not fundamentally broken. Society, corporations, governments want you to believe you are, and that they can fix you.

But you aren’t, and only you can “fix” you.

The solution is not outside of yourself. You are not a victim to this big bad society, or to anything other than your own perceived limitations. You get to design your life - a pleasurable, fulfilling life.

Ask yourself - what would you love? - and know that you can have it.

It may not be an easy journey, releasing all the negative stories you’ve held, admitting to yourself that you are responsible, forgiving yourself for what you didn’t know, loving your humanness. But, ultimately, it is a deeply pleasurable experience. It is an act of creation, the painting of a beautiful picture. It is life.
