The ultimate vision (at the largest scale) is a harmonized humanity. We believe that starts at the most local level and expands out, through the inner harmony of each individual.

Harmony starts with YOU! and expands out, to…

your closest relationships (family), your close-knit band (“extended” family), your broader tribe / community (common unity)

The vision (at a smaller scale) is focused on the harmonization of small “bands” that live together, existing harmoniously with the land beneath their feet. These bands will be harmonized upon shared beliefs and core values.

Our current intention, beyond our daily cultivation of internal harmony, is to find a piece of land, and start to gather (maybe 10-15) individuals unified in the vision - our SOUL FAMILY.

From there, we can begin to cultivate our land and our shared intention. We can exist together in a shared practice. We can grow food together, eat meals together, raise children together, dance and create together…

 ꩜

The dream property has enough space for each family to have a simple home, a common area for dancing and gathering, a large community sauna, a community bathing area (ideally with hot-springs water) but at the very least well or rainwater, a large garden, chickens and eggs, and other livestock like cows and goats.

 ꩜

We will eat the most high-quality food available and work toward becoming self-sufficient.

 ꩜

Through our collective, harmonized efforts we can transform any piece of land into our sanctuary.

From there, we can invite people in for retreats and host gatherings - bringing in an aligned source of income and expanding our harmony out to the greater community.

It is helpful to first see if we are aligned in our beliefs and values and feel confident that we can function well as a team.

There are many ways to get involved - throwing financial resources into the pot, volunteering your specific skillset, helping us identify land, helping us shake up creative opportunities (like off-market deals), understanding/ drawing up contractual legal agreements for purchasing land as a group, spreading our message and building our brand, or any other creative ideas you may have.

Of course, once the land is ours, there will be plenty of hands-on work to be done.

 ꩜

We have a reasonable amount of financial resources to work with, but more is welcome to call in the ideal space.

We are open to anywhere in the world that works, considering citizenship laws, etc.

 The Ideal Property:

꩜ Is located somewhere with a year-round growing

season (though this is not an absolute necessity)

꩜ Has plenty of room (5+ acres)

꩜ Has a water source

꩜ Is accessible within 1-2 hours of a major airport

꩜ Is “workable” - accessible, properly zoned, has decent soil,

is not in a floodway, excessively steep, etc.

꩜ Ideally has a water feature (river, spring, pond)

We can start SO simple, and through our group harmony, expand! expand! expand!
