Simple Existence

Simple existence –

It’s what I strive for. To be at peace with myself and therefore all that surrounds me.

But simplicity requires clarity. Clearing out the dark spaces, decluttering and unpacking the dusty memories and piled up resentments tucked away in my metaphorical basement.

Spring cleaning - its no joke. There’s something in the air this time of year that brings what’s buried to the surface. The world is full of distractions, that once eliminated force us to address the ocean of feelings lingering just below the surface. To confront what has never been confronted.

And as I eliminate distractions, I become more available - for myself, for those around me, and for the breath of life to flow through me.

Less distraction
& more creative action
Clearing the space
for a new reality to take place.
